Lessor to provide the bar as follows:

Option A - Open Bar

Fifteen dollars ($15.00) per person for a period of four (4) hours. If Lessee wishes, a full bar for the first hour - wine served during the dinner hour - full bar two hours after dinner.
Wine, beer, and soft drinks - $10 per person for period of four (4) hours.
Full bar to consist of mixed drinks, domestic beer, wine, soda and juice. (Call brands of liquor and imported beers and champagne available at additional cost.)
Additional hours are three dollars ($3.00) per person/per hour.
Young adults and children under 21 will be charged $5.00 for soda, juice or punch for the duration.
